Welcome, and thank you for visiting.
After 25 years, I’ve retired from running a group practice and officially closed the Vermont Center for Anxiety Care as of June 30, 2025. While the practice is no longer accepting new patient inquiries, I am continuing to offer limited telehealth services for individuals seeking support with anxiety, stress, and relationship challenges.
I’m also available for speaking engagements, trainings, and interviews, and I look forward to continuing my work in public education on emotional well-being and mental health.
It has been a true honor to support so many individuals and families over the years. I’m deeply grateful for your trust and connection.
The Vermont Center for Resiliency has taken over our offices and is now accepting new clients. To learn more or apply for therapy services with their team, please visit vtresiliency.com.
